To access our claims system you will need your policy number, which can be found on your insurance certificate, eg TM123456.

When entering your policy number, please use the 6 digit number without any letters and include the number 0 at the end as highlighted (red) in the image below. This new 7 digit number, along with your date of birth, will help us identify you.
